Top Tips for Using the Vibration Device with LED Light Therapy:
1. Allocate at least 4 minutes of treatment in each quadrant for optimal results with each LED light setting.
2. Incorporate your treatment into your relaxation routine by sitting in front of the TV, computer, or while lounging on your bed.
