Our return policy covers a replacement of your product within the first week of delivery if there was any malfunctions possibly due to the delivery process.  However after that, we created an option that is only valid during the initial purchase of a device that covers one replacement per device per year if any other issues arise.  This will be Valid for up to one year from the initial date it was purchased.  You can purchase a new warranty each year.  The only requirement is a video of the damaged device, return label will be sent to you, and we will send you a replacement.
